A Word From the President Dear Donors, It is with great excitement that we launch our new Life-Changer quarterly newsletter! “CCAI is great at doing great things but is not good at telling all the wonderful life-changing stories.” I hear this from our supporters once in a while, and I think it has its validity. Life- Changer is the response to this suggestion. From feeding, nursing, healing, and educating orphans of all ages, to leadership development, caregiver training, foster care program expansion, and modeling through Lily Orphan Care Centers, CCAI’s passionate and faithful financial contributors like you are making a positive difference on a daily basis! Josh Our Charity Director, Xia Zhong (below, second from right), traveled to Henan, China this February to assess the LOCC’s current needs. She went to six different orphanages and Lily Orphan Care Centers in five different cities. The last time she went to China was in the fall where she oversaw the latest updates/ renovations for the different LOCC locations. Some of these included a new kitchen and new rooms at Zheng Zhou (pg. 2) and a new playroom at the Nan Yang LOCC as seen in the picture above. Thanks to partners like you, we are able to provide a better environment for the children still in the orphanages!

Our Charity Director, Xia Zhong (below, second from

right), traveled to Henan, China this February to assess

the LOCC’s current needs. She went to six different

Recently, many

children were getting sick from

the water at Xu

Chang orphanage.

With your

replace the water

system at the

orphanage! The

children now have

clean, purified
