Reason for licence transfer request

Devcon Ltd has ceased trading for a number of years now and all ITW sites in Ireland trade as ITW Ireland. There are a number of ITW companies in Ireland and the Shannon facility known as ITW Engineered Polymers is one such division of ITW Ireland. As ITW Ireland is the registered company, our IEA license must be redirected to ITW Ireland as the company. Devcon Ltd was purchased by ITW in the 90's. I have set a desired date for this change to take effect of the 19th June 2015 next but obviously sooner would be better.
