WEISENBERG TOWNSHIP, LEHIGH COUNTY, PA

LIBERTY ENGINEERING, INC., under contract with Advance Auto Stores of

Roanoke, VA, provided Civil/Site Engineering services for the construction of theirregional distribution center. Liberty Engineering designed the original 500,000 sq.ft.

building and then added a 150,000 sq.ft. addition. Advance Auto is now under

construction of their 289,000 sq.ft. building addition for a total building size of939,000 sq.ft. .




LIBERTY ENGINEERING, INC., under contract with Verus Partners LLC originally,

and then Duke Realty, provided Civil/Site Engineering services for the creation of a250 acre industrial park and all related infrastructure design. Liberty Engineering

also provided engineering services for the first 1,100,000 sq.ft. distribution center.
