Mao
nga, ang dagat midako, gani,
miabot na sa mga dapit nga
wala pa gayud ma abti niini.
Daku ang kadaot nga nahimo ug kinahanglan ma-
pangitaan kini og epektibo ug hinanali nga sulbad.
og daku dakung kadaot apan aduna nay mga tilimad-
on nga atong nasaksihan.
kabukiran. Dili pa ulahi ang tanan. Kung dili kita,
kinsa man? Kung dili karon, kanus-a man?

Mahuman o dili ang pagtrabaho
karong tuiga - 2011? Dili! Mao kini
ang pintok nga tubag sa tigmo tigmo
agokoy sa miaging issue sa “KK”.
Nakasiguro kita niini kay sa
meeting tali sa kontraktor, LGU, LBP
ug sa atong PMO niadtong Disyembre
21, 2011, mi-report ang PMO ug con-
firm sa kontraktor, nga “mga 83% pa

ang 17% nga nahabilin ilang paga-
humanon sa Pebrero 29, 2012, sigun

sunod tuig pa gayud! Kaha?
Laing tigmo tigmo na sad? OK
ka? Mahuman o dili?
Usa kini ka butang nga gika-
balak-an pag-ayo sa LGU. Ngano
man? Tungod kay overdue na pag-
ayo kining maong proyekto ug kin-
ing pag-usab-usab sa iyang sched-
ule, basin dili na unya hinoon motuo
ang mga katawhan. Parehas ba sa
tawo nga misingit og “wolf” . .
“wolf”, nga wala na hinoon motuo

Katolo ka higayon nga na usab
ang petsa sa iyang kahumanan:
Hulyo 31, 2011, Oktobre 3, 2011
ug niadtong Disyembre 15, 2011.

panahon, gawas lamang sa
Disyembre 15, 2011, kay sobra
pag-ayo kini sa na recorded nga 34
ka adlaw “nga dili maayong pana-

pa gayud kini mahuman bisan pag
gitambongan ang maong meeting
ni Mr. Chua, ang tag-iya mismo sa
Mac Builders ug gilugwayan pa
gayud og taas-taas nga mga adlaw.
Aduna ra bay mga tilimad-
on, sama sa petsa nga talagsaon,
Pebrero 29 ug ang wala pagtam-
bong sa tag-iya, si Mr. Chua.
Kung wala matuman ang
Disyembre 15, 2011, nga diha
mismo mitambong ang tag-iya sa
pagsabot sa petsa, unsa kaha ni
karon? Hinaut nga nagdala kining
tanan og maayong tilimad-on, dili
dautan!
So, we are ready to march forward with
the New Year.
The long cherished dream of the
residents of the coastal areas of Ti-
nangnan and Cabulijan that is the re-
habilitation of the Tinangnan Bridge
which is currently in a near collapsed
state will soon be realized. The LGU
has received a 15 Million pesos special
grant for the rehabilitation of the said
infrastructure into a concrete two lane
bridge. The grant from the special LGU
subsidy fund of the Department of
Budget and Management was released
through the joint effort of the LGU,
Congressman Relampagos and Sec.
Butch Abad of DBM. Another 3 million
pesos from the same source was
also released for the construction
of the annex building of the
Tubigon Loom Weavers Multi Pur-
pose Coop which will hopefully
enhance their production capacity.

generally “spared” by these phe-

would want to start fresh with the so
many development initiatives in the
pipeline. The national government,
after being criticized for not spending

poised to get the ball rolling in 2012.
The 2012 Local Government Unit

still heavily laden with initiatives to
spur growth and development that we
think would redound to better socio-

Mayor William Jao, DILG Assistant Regional Director Elias Fernandez, DOH Project Engineer Arnel Precillas, Vice Mayor Virgilio C. Fortich, mga Kagawad Pat Fuentes, Ted Muga, Marlon Amila, Susan Espera
Aduna kini MOA tali

Ug isip amahan niining lungsod sa Tubigon, wala ako‟y laing gidamgo kundi ang ma h a t a ga n o g ma a n i n d u t u g mauswagon nga komunidad ang akong mga minahal nga Tubignon.

niadtong Agosto 5, 2011.
Mitambong ang tanang opisyales sa
barangay, sama nila ni Hon. Rogelio R.
Obguia, ang punong barangay ug ang mga
Hon. Kagawad, nga sila si Dante N. Ciros,
Angelito O. Panis, Ferdinand Bustalinio,
Cornelia R. Obguia, Mario S. Loreto,
Inocencio A. Torrejos, Sr. ug Elena F.
Rulete. Mitambong usab sila si Ginang Rosa
O. Binoya ug Sirena A. Padillo, ang Sekre-
tarya ug Tresorera sa barangay.
Ania ang ilang mga concern:
1. Si Barangay Kapitan Obguia mi-
pasupot mahitungod sa kakulangan sa ilang
mga “reading materials” diha sa ilang “day
care center mini-library”. Si Hon.
Mascarinas mitambag ngadto kanila nga
maghimo sila og resolusyon nga maghanyo
kang Gov. Edgar M. Chatto nga mohatag og
bisan unsang “reading references” ug libro
para sa ilang mini-library ug ang maong
resolusyon i-endorsar sa SB ngadto sa
Gobernador para mahatagan og igong gibug
-aton.
2. Si Hon Panis mipahibalo sa ilang
problema mahitungod sa ilang mal-
nourished nga mga bata. Ang Presiding
Officer, si Hon. Virgilio C. Fortich misaad
ngadto kanila nga iyang i–refer kining
maong problema ngadto sa MSWD.
3. Si Hon. Cornelia Obguia mipahi-

Basilisa R. Gibalay. Diha sila si Kagawad Bonifacia T. Quinti- listika, Dindo T. Indiana, Juanita L. Lanoy, Nativiad R. Gempisao, Wendell L. Limo-con, Jocelyn R. Gibalay ug Edwin T. Reno-blas. Diha usab si SK Chairman Robert L. Amandoron, Sekretarya Arlene A.
Cabudlan ug Tresorera Maricel Dumaguit.
Mendana.
2. Peace and Order - Miingon si Hon. Indiana nga wala silay prob-lema sa peace and order.

Gi-award ang kontrata ngadto sa nakadaog nga kontraktor, nga mao ang Mac Builders, niadtong Septyembre 15, 2 0 1 0 s a k a n t i d a d n g a PhP 45,616,317.23 ug humanon unta nila kini niadto pang Hulyo 27, 2011, nga maoy ika 300 “calendar days” gikan sa pagsugod sa trabaho.
Lemwill Equibal, Bernardo Melegrito ug Cleve de Claro, kontraktor; Engr. Ver Matugas, USC konsultant; Hon.

Hon. Epifanio Balbin
