l
l
We fully understand the commercial pressures of delivering outstandingresidential projects, building within necessary cost constraints, to ensure they are financially viable and provide high end values.
We have a proven record of maximising site potential (currently working with Westminster and are doubling the capacity of city sites) and a 100% success rate in achieving planning permissions across the South East.
We have proven experience of designing bespoke solutions via Fire Engineering methods ensuring that our designs maximise effeciency of both horizontal and vertical circualtion.
We have a thorough understanding of the continually developing interiors market and can ensure the right product is selected to meet the specific requirements of the project in relation to bathrooms, kitchens and internal finishes
We have extensive experience in all forms of structural frame solutions and can draw on relevant experience to ensure the right strategy is adopted at the earliest possible time.
We understand facade design which is appropriate to residential projects. This incorporates window design, robust and effecient interfaces and cladding material selection.
We understand how Mechanical and Electrical services can be integrated and distributed efficiently in full coordination with the layout designs.
