EVENT PICK: The summer musical at the Roxy Theater in Morton during the first two weekends in August is a favorite event. The February dinner theatre and the Veterans’ USO-style show in November, also part of the Roxy season, are great fun!

FAMILY ACTIVITY PICK: Skiing at White Pass and hiking Tongue Mountain or many of the other wonderful trails in the Cispus or Mt. Rainier regions are favorite family activities. We have also enjoyed the Mt. Rainier Scenic Railroad and Museum in Mineral.

A vibrant cultural scene welcomes visitors with compelling live performances, music events and art displays. Enjoy an evening of theatre at Centralia’s Evergreen Playhouse or a performance at the historic Roxy Theater in Morton. During the summer, Chehalis presents the Music in the Park series featuring talented local musical groups in a festive, outdoor setting. Art enthusiasts become inspired, exploring local artists’ studios during ARTrails each September.
