Each year in February we partake in Fairtrade Fortnight under the EATFAIR initiative: A countertop retail range endorsed by the Fairtrade Foundation.

Central Kitchen Olympia Central Level 1 At the heart of the venue, the Central Kitchen enables guests to kick back and enjoy a few moments of quiet from their visit at Olympia London. The restaurant’s directional design champions the trend for communal eating and draws on seasonal and regional influences.
Guests can choose from a variety of kitchen classics, from its mouthwatering Central ranch burger served with skinny fries and onion rings, to a selection of homemade sandwiches and wraps. Central Kitchen’s team of chefs use fresh ingredients to create a daily changing menu that is designed to appeal to Olympia London’s dynamic demographic.

Slice Olympia Central Level 2 Slice is a sandwich bar and bakery on Level 2 of Olympia, Central. Flooded with light from the centre-piece art deco window, Slice offers style, speed and sustenance for guests who simply want to ‘grab-and-go’.
The menu has plenty to choose from, ranging from popular sandwiches packed with a variety of fresh fillings, to crisp salads made with seasonal ingredients. Guests can also enjoy a selection of warm freshly baked pastries with the barista style coffee service

West 14 Conference centre and East hall Level 3 New for 2015, the rebranded, redesigned and restructured West 14. Exclusive to Level 3. Previously known throughout the venue as ‘The Hatch Bar’, West 14’s rebranding will incorporate a combination of modern and rustic elements, from the look and feel of the furniture and lighting, right down to the staff uniforms and aprons.
Drawing inspiration from nearby surroundings West 14 takes its identity cue from the popular location that is the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and more particularly, the classic and iconic street signs. ‘Pop up’ Mobile Units
Offering our new show floor pop up offer!
Our new flexible catering units are ideal for pop up use throughout the entire venue. Self containing and with a high visual impact to suit any show, it adds a catering zone without the need for building a space, saving time and money for all organisers.
These units are bespoke and unique to Olympia London, so the chances of seeing something like this anywhere else, is basically zero! The flexible build means we can design almost any type of catering offer and encourage new food service concepts for each show! If a show floor café or restaurant is what you are after, we have tried and tested our units to offer a unique chef’s theatre experience. We have successfully used these many times as coffee shops on the show floor and even for hospitality drinks receptions after events- the simplicity of the units mean we can turnaround from retail to hospitality in a matter of minutes.
We can create up to 6 individual café’s or coffee bars- each along with their own seating for around 20 guests or larger spaces like a restaurant with up to 120 seats ranging from poser tables to 4ft-6ft tables

Know Your Food Essential Info
In May 2012, the Know Your Food programme was launched in our business and has since been developed as a cross-Compass engagement platform to help our customers and clients understand what’s in the food we serve, where it comes from and how it gets to their plates.
By providing customers with educational material on nutrition they are able to make informed choices about what they eat and request information about any of the 14 regulated allergens in our food.
Due to the number of people requiring free from foods increasing by 5% every year, it is really important that we are able to provide this information to you.
Please contact your catering account manager for more information on free from foods in our menus.
A staffing or service charge will be applied to your function this is due to the various locations of functions, temporary catering areas, different service styles and timing requirements. This will be discussed at the time of booking with the Sales team. Waiting staff will be charged at £62.00 each for the first 4 hours minimum and then £15.50 each per hour thereafter.
Levy Restaurants require final catering numbers and all event details by 11.00am, 3 working days prior to the event date (excluding Bank holidays and weekends) Any requests for catering after this time Levy Restaurants will make every effort to cater for your requirements however this cannot be guaranteed and may incur a minimum surcharge of 10%.
Special dietary requirements including kosher meals are available on request and require 7 working days’ notice and may incur additional charges.
Any non-listed product will be charged on the total amount ordered, whether used or not and in some cases maybe subject to availability.
Depending upon the location of your event some menu items may not be available.
100% pre-payment of the expected catering spend must be paid prior to the event. Levy Restaurants are entitled to cancel all pre-booked catering if payment is not received.
Stand Delivery
Maximise the opportunity and use food and beverage to attract visitors to your stand.
Levy Restaurants will help you cater for your stand visitors or staff with an attractive range of food, snacks and drinks offers all available to order prior to the event and delivered direct to your stand on the day at the time of your choosing.

Corkage And Concession Charges Levy Restaurants are the contracted hospitality caterers at Olympia, London and the licensees for all the private rooms and exhibition stands. If you are thinking of catering for yourself you will be liable for a charge. Please contact your Catering account manager to discuss further.
Corkage Charge This is the charge placed on wines, beers, liquor and soft drinks brought into the venue that have been purchased elsewhere. This service encompasses the storage, chilling, delivery and the supply of appropriate disposable glasses. If you are using alcoholic beverages, Levy Restaurants will become the licensee for your event and you will be briefed on the relevant licensing legislation.

Concession Charge The following is a guideline only as concession fees will generally be calculated according to the size and nature of the products which exhibitors wish to give away.
An externally provided barista style coffee machine on your stand would incur a charge of £100 per day Expresso style coffee machine would be £50 per day Where over sized sampling is practised for example giving away popcorn, ice cream, cupcakes, slush puppies, pick & mix stand etc This would generally incur a charge of £150 per day.
