The Kingdom of GodThe Kingdom of God is the eternal spiritual home where Believers will live with God in infinite blessing, provision, love, joy, intimacy & holiness as his children.

The Kingdom of God is the very purpose and will of God expressed in creation and the Bible. So what happened? So what is happening? So what will happen?

Luke 4:43-44 But he said, “I must preach the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns also, because that is why I was sent.”

Kingdom of God Prospective Kingdom of Men Perspective

Luke 16:16-17 “The Law and the Prophets were proclaimed until John. Since that time, the good news of the kingdom of God is being preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it.

It is easier for heaven and earth to disappear than for the least stroke of a pen to drop out of the Law.

Romans 3:21-22 But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference,

Jeremiah 5:17-19 (Exile into Babylonia) As you have forsaken me and served foreign gods in your own land, so now you will serve foreigners in a land not your own.’

The Promise:

Israel is called The Promised Land. It represents God’s promise to redeem the Kingdom of God. We are all in exile from the Promised Land of the KOG.

Jeremiah 31:30-34 “The time is coming,” declares the LORD, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. “I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. “For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.”

Acts 1:4-5 “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised...in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”

Acts 2:1-4 The Holy Spirit Comes at Pentecost When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. …They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

The Promise:

The Ingathering of the Feasts remind us of God’s Promise to bring us back to His presence for Eternity.

Acts 2:5-13 Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment,

because each one heard them speaking in his own language. Utterly amazed, …we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!”

God would unite the Kingdom through the Holy Spirit. The confusion of Babel would be ended.

The Feasts are TYPES of Ingathering back to him and the Kingdom.

The Promise:
