What are they?Cycling confidence camps are short cyclisttraining courses of varying levels of difficultyaimed at giving you more confidence to rideyour bike. These free courses have been tailoredto fit the busy lifestyles of parents and to givemore choices where they or their children canreceive training. So whether you simply wish tolearn how to ride or require more advanced skills,our cycling confidence camps provide more opportunities to enable you to ride your bike more safely.

Who can attend?Our calendar has training camps both for adults and children.

Where can you get trained?Please see the attached training schedule whichdetails a number of selected venues around ourcity. These venues include parks, leisure centres,football clubs and the Civic Centre, Stoke.

How long do they last?Courses range from between 1½ and 4 hours.
