LEVEE ACCREDITATION AND INSPECTION SERVICES DLZ provides levee accreditation services in accordance with 44 CFR Section 65.10 of the National Flood Insurance Program regulations, including evaluation of: • Design Criteria • Freeboard • Closures • Embankment Protection • Embankment and Foundation Stability • Settlement • Interior Drainage Systems • Operations and Maintenance Criteria DLZ provides levee inspection services in accordance with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other appropriate regulatory authority guidelines. DLZ also provides comprehensive design services to repair existing levee system deficiencies and to develop new flood protection systems.
