Letter of recommendation - Adam Redmond

Letter of recommendation – Adam Redmond To whom it may concern: This letter is my personal recommendation for Adam Redmond. Over the past few months Adam has worked at DDB New Zealand as an intern on a confidential social listening project. The result of the project was a weekly report that would be seen by the CEO of our company as well as the CEOs of two other reputable organisations, so it goes without saying that the work was required to be of the highest standard. Adam has been a huge asset to our team throughout this project, learning and adapting to deal with everything that was thrown at him. Despite Adam’s relative inexperience in social listening, he quickly became adept at the various pieces of software used as well as the process he needed to follow to ensure confidentiality. Adam took on a lot of responsibility extremely quickly, but we never felt as though there was any reason to question his trustworthiness as he consistently exceeded expectations and went above board to make sure the work was of a high standard. The project really brought to light Adam’s resourcefulness, as he regularly needed to work independently and was able to do so effectively without needing to be micro-managed. In addition to the way Adam adapted the work, it’s very clear to us that Adam worked extremely hard to adapt to the team and the environment. It was clear that his shyness was something he was struggling with at first, but he didn’t let his nerves get the better of him, quickly coming out of his shell to become a well liked member of the team. I would not hesitate to recommend Adam’s employment, he is an intelligent, diligent person who’s ability to creatively problem solve would make him an asset to any team. Letter of recommendation – Adam Redmond

To whom it may concern:

This letter is my personal recommendation for Adam Redmond.
