The Polytechnic shall be liable and will indemnity MALAYSIA LNG SDN. BHD. Against any liability, loss, claim or proceeding in respect of personal injury (whether fatal or otherwise) to him/her or any property arising out of or caused by any negligent act or omission of MR. LEO HUSREF ANAK AHAT or any work at which MR. LEO HUSREF ANAK AHAT may be undergoing his/her training, and 2. The Polytechnic shall not hold MALAYSIA LNG SDN. BHD. in any ways liable or claim or take any proceedings against MALAYSIA LNG SDN. BHD. in respect of any personal injury to MR. LEO HUSREF ANAK AHAT or loss or damage to his/her property which he/she may suffer in consequence of the facilities afforded him/her to attend any of the MALAYSIA LNG SDN.
