Letter of Complaint

Letter of complaint Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that I was not satisfied with the film Master Plot which I and my cousin saw at 5 pm last Saturday. First of all, the film started 15 minutes later than it was announced.Consequently, almost everybody in the cinema hall started being quite irritated and kids became rowdy. So, when the film actually started it took a while for everybody to settle down and keep silent. Secondly, the choice of a film to cater for all tastes was not quite good as i and my cousin did not like some parts of it where it became quite boring with lots details which we could not follow through. In addition, we missed the fun part of the jokes as they were designed not for children but for adults. What is more, the interval during the film was too short for us to be able to eat the whole icecream we had bought. We had to throw away the rest of it. Therefore, I suggest that you should arrange that the film starts on time to avoid any further inconveniences. In the future, you should also make a better choice regarding the genre of the film to be suitable for both children and adults. Longer intervals, would also be welcomed by everybody who pays to see the film. And by the way, I suggest a reduction to be applied for children under 7 years of age. Yours sincerely,

Letter of complaint

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that I was not satisfied with the film Master Plot which I and my cousin saw at 5 pm last Saturday.
