I am contacting you to offer my CV with my personal information, education, training and other useful information in case you need to cover, now or in the near future, a post of architect.

Regarding my training, I finished my degree in Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, in October 2010. I am really interested in restotation of buildings, and because of that, I finished a Masters degree in Architectural Heritage Conservation, at the School of Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, in September 2012. I am sure that this training will contribute to achieving my professional goals.

I have also attended seminars and conferences related to the conservation and restoration of buildings.

Furthermore ,In recent years I have worked as an instructor of children in an urban camp during the summer. In this camp, I taught the children subjects related to construction in different parts of the world.

With respect to my languages skills, I have an intermediate level of English and a basic one of German.

Due to my still limited experience, I enclose a small sample of my projects at university. I would like to improve my knowledge and experience in the construction field through an internship at your company and simultaneously gain an insight into your company and business culture. Initially, it was an alley closed to the public and without a specific function.

The objective of our proposal is the reactivation of this space, making it a resting place and, at the same time, a living element which combines public and private areas. We try to recover the concept of traditional Mediterranean street.

The multifunctionality of the alley as an attraction for the public. A space that everyone can take control of and be active in. Where several social profiles interact. We can define four functional areas where cultural activities, leisure and recreational services take place.

Subject: Tourism and Architectural HeritageTeacher: Maria Jos Vials Blasco. Cartographic Engineering, Geodesy and Photogrammetry Department. Polytechnic University of Valencia.Location: The wetland area of Guerbes- Sanhadja (Wilaya of Skikda) in Algeria. Program: This project focuses on designing a Visitors Center that would be committed to informing and enhanceing the values and functions of the Guerbes-Sanhadja Wetland complex and its surrounding area. This center would also serve as a dissemination tool that would bring visitors closer to the natural environment and to the cultural heritage and traditions.

PortfolioEnhacement of San Francisco neighborhood in Caudete, Albacete. Course 2011-2012

Subject: Final Master ThesisTeacher: Camilla Mileto & Fernando Vegas. Composition Department. Polytechnic University of Valencia.Location: Caudete (Albacete) Program: The neighborhood of San Francisco is located just outside the urban center of Caudete. It was built between 1901 and 1910, in order to accommodate local laborers and low-income families. The urban model was the organization in rectangular blocks on an orthogonal plane. Emblematic buildings were located an the angles. The neighborhood was conceived to operate independently from the rest of the town.

Constructive elements respond to common decorative criteria. The construction quality is noticeable in those homes that have been slightly modified. Brick elements decorate the corners and also structure the different parts of the facade. The military architecture influence, in hygienic matters, and the French style of the features are a reflection of the vital experiences of its promoter.

From this study we will try to establish guidelines for the intervention based on general criteria for the protection and conservation of the architectural whole. This architectural complex is of vital importance to the people of Caudete.
