Let me introduce myself

Hello. My name is Vitalina Kireeva. I am 11 and I live in a small Siberian town

Kolpashevo, Tomsk region. I am a sporty girl,

so I like playing volleyball, badminton, table tennis with my father. But my real

passion is basketball. I have been playing it for

three years and I love this game thanks to Svetlana

Panevina, my coach.

The woman I admire

Svetlana Vasilyevna is a fantastic woman with an attractive appearance and strong character features. She is never tired of repeating the words: “Skill and confidence are an unconquered army.” We all believe her and try to do our best to achieve good results in basketball. As for me, I’d like to follow her steps. May be, one day I’ll become as helpful and respected as she is.

The first steps

Svetlana started playing basketball when she was a schoolgirl.

She trained hard at the School of the Olympic reserve.

Svetlana Panevina became a basketball coach at the age of 23.
