Overall objectives: St. will be able to learn new vocabulary, to identify different religion symbols. Language objectives: St. will learn new words, will understand about different religion and learn the symbols of religion. Civic education: St. will learn about new religions.

Warm up Ask students if they know what

the multiculturalism is. Explain the

goal of learning about it. See the

clip of a famous singer.

Brainstorm the differences of

different countries, living in

Georgia.

Activity 1 Pass out Handout and ask them to

read about the symbols of

different religions. Ask them to

underline new words.

Activity 2 Ask students to do the yes/no test

and correct the false sentences.

students to match the religions

with their definitions.

Activity 4 Show the students about the

beautiful churches, cathedrals,

temples in the world and ask

students to write a short essay at

home about in what country

would they travel/visit and why.
