Disagreeable - unpleasant
Lenient – merciful or tolerant
Severe - harsh
Entice - lure
Repel – to drive away
Transparent – easily seen through
Opaque – does not allow light or understanding through
Alight- to descend and settle, as after flying
Convalesce – to recover one’s health
Dainty- preciously delicate or charming
Feint – to distract an opponent by pretending to move in one direction
and then moving in another
Implore –to beg
Impugn - to attack as false; to cast doubt on
Integral – necessary to make something complete; essential
