• Clear priorities relating to ICT in VET and in ‘Education and Training 2010’.

• Strong need for the up-skilling of the ICT capabilities of teachers in the VET area.

• Significant training deficit in many countries, but most particularly in Ireland, inhibiting the wider effective use of ICTs in VET.
