Company have created three brands in order to address three hotel segments: · ‘Lemon Tree Premier’ · ‘Lemon Tree Hotels’ · ‘Red Fox by Lemon Tree Hotels’ Promoters Mr. Patanjali Govind Keswani And Spank Management Services Private Limited Object of the Issue The objects of the Offer are to achieve the benefits of listing the Equity Shares on the Stock Exchanges and for the sale of up to 185,479,400 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholders. Further, the Company expects that listing of the Equity Shares will enhance its visibility and brand image and provide liquidity to its shareholders. Listing will also provide a public market for the Equity Shares in India. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the Offer and all the proceeds will go to the Selling Shareholders, in proportion to the Equity Shares offered and sold by the respective Selling Shareholders in the Offer for Sale.
