Combine first three ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass, place lime wheel on top, and pour Viniq Ruby slowly over the lime wheel. Garnish with lime wheel.

Lemon Sorbet Fizz2 oz Zardetto Prosecco

2 oz Svedka Citron Vodka2 oz lemon sorbet

½ tsp fresh mint, minced1 sprig fresh mint

Place sorbet and mint in a wine glass, add vodka and top with Prosecco. Garnish with mint sprig.
