Preheat oven to 325º F. 2. Place all ingredients in medium bowl. Using an electric mixer, blend on low speed 30 seconds. Scrape bowl. Mix on medium speed 1 minute. 3. Place batter into lightly greased 8½ x 4½ x 2½ inch loaf pan. 4. Bake 60-70 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. 5. Cool completely before cutting.
