CELT will be offering a series of LEGO in Higher Education workshops and you are very welcome to join.
Register and learn more about the LEGO(R) Serious Play(R) Method and how it can be used to enable pan-participation, community building, ideas generation and so much more in a wide range of learning, teaching and research situations in your discipline/professional area.
Valuable insights are gained through LEGO model making, metaphors and storytelling. Experience it with colleagues and identify opportunities to use LEGO for learning, teaching or research in Higher Education. Members of staff at MMU who teach, research and/or support learning are very welcome to register for the first series of LEGO in Higher Education workshops. There are 5 workshops in total and you are strongly encouraged to participate in all of these so that you get the maximum out of this course.
LEGO in Higher Education is part of the FLEX offer. Colleagues will be able to use evidence of their engagement and development up to 30 credits at postgraduate level that would count towards the Postgraduate Certificate/Masters in Academic Practice. Please note, additional work at level 7 linked to specific assessment tasks would be required. FLEX can also be taken as a stand alone CPD unit for credits or certification of completion.
