Management Steering Group

Ensured that the overall Compliance Education System Implementation Project efforts tied in with the vision and mission of the organization and Conoco Legal Function.

Tactical Working Group

• Developed and facilitated action planning and project management, and coordinated and conducted functional analysis and design

• Assigned module review to appropriate functional attorneys

• Managed testing of modules with modifications

• Developed and executed internal communications plan and presented system overviews in a number of management venues

• Managed relationship with LRN (weekly project team meetings during last 60 days before roll out)

Functional Working Group

Acted as liaison between the functional areas and the Tactical Working Group (TWG)

Reviewed content of modules and made modifications and suggestions.

Contacted and involved their clients in pilot testing Ultimately tested system and are now content area contacts.

Development Working Group

Provided liaison role between Tactical Working Group and Conoco IS Organization
