Copy right: It is the protection of i ntellectual property , such as ideas, designs, blueprints, words, photographs, videos and music. It was founded in 1988, and is very widely used in day to day life. This means that with my brand I couldn’t name it Nike, as it wouldn’t be originally my idea. Also, at the bottom of my website I included copyright information as I had all of my own intellectual property was protected, yet any materials that are not unique are referenced. Privacy: when people are using my website within subscription links and comments their information will be protect ed through the data protection act to ensure their information isn’t realised to the general public.  Discrimination: The unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex, and was founded in 1994. This means that my brand couldn’t have anything that could be counted as discrimination in any way . Deformation law: Something which is false about a person which makes their character/personality deflated, which means that my brand cant do anything which could possibly do this. Contempt of court: Where the names of people who have changed identities are revealed. This means that my brand cannot release any names of individuals changed identities even if they know. Official secrets act: A legislation that provides for the protection of state secrets and official information, mainly related to national security. This means that my brand cannot release any information about national security. LEGAL (Legal is the protection of yourself and your brand. They are the rules of society so they are set to regulate and protect socie ty h owever the society we use online is a virtual society . This means that some people often forget this, yet these rules still need to be adhered to.)

Protection of children: The Protection of Children Act 1999 creates a system for identifying persons considered tobe unsuitable to work with children. This will be achieved by checks being made of criminal records with theNational Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). “Child Care Organisations” - defined as those concerned with theprovision of accommodation, social services or health care services to children or the supervision of childrenunder 18 years - have a mandatory duty to check and report to the Bureau. It includes anything persuasive meansthat children could have access to this, or potentially harmful comments from other users etc. To prevent this iswill have an administrator which will monitor comments and stop children from using the website.

Offensive materials: Any published or broadcast content that is likely to be up[setting, insulting, or objectionableto some or most people.

Privacy in public: privacy is a state in which one is not observed or disturbed by other people in a public place.

ASA: Advertising Standards Authority regulates products and services, which means that my energy drink has tobe inline with their code of practice which states that advertising has to be honest and truthful. If my energy drinkis doing this, then the ASA has the right to give warnings and potentially take the website down.

Obscenity: Something, such as a word, act, or expression, that is indecent or lewd. This means that my brandcouldn’t have anything on it that is associated with obscenities.

ETHICAL(Ethical considerations are things that are aside from the law that magazine productions companies still have to abide by to the best oftheir abilities .)
