Raffi is saying that to be a Healthy Me you really need a blend of an upbeat, can do spirit whose life dreams are nurtured both physically and emotionally by one’s family and friends.

As Leejay’s uncle, I witnessed Leejay’s Healthy Me attitude throughout his life. Meals on Wheels, for whom my mother Bernice volunteered for many years in Toronto, provides this

same nourishment for many like Leejay who still have important songs to sing.”
