Movie is one of the entertainments for people nowadays. I think every one of us would like to

watch movie. There are many type of movie that serves in cinema nowadays. Also, for some

cinemas, you can even found some movie with 3D effect. I decide to choose sci-fi movie for this

assignment. o, !asically what is sci-fi movie" ci-fi movie is a handy short definition of almost

all science fiction might read# realistic speculation a!out possi!le future events, !ased solidly on

ade$uate knowledge of the real world, past and present, and on a thorough understanding of the

nature and significance of the scientific method. To make this definition cover all science fiction

the Ironman series as an eample. The Ironman series movies had !ecome one of the popular of

super hero movies. This show that, every one of us has their own view on watching movies, even

After watching these two movies, I found some similarities among these two movies. The

similarities that I found on these two movies are, num!er of the main character, the 4o! and

mission and also the agency !ackground and environment.

irst, I would like to talk a!out the num!er of the main character in these two movies. There are

two main characters in these two movies, and !oth of them are partner as well. In the movies

0Men in 1lack 32 there are two main characters which is agent 5 and 6. 1oth of them are partner

and work together to solve some difficult pro!lem that the policeman couldn/t solve. 5 and 6 are

the two main characters in the movie 0Men in 1lack 32. 7ow come to the movie 0).I..D2. The

same things happen on this movie. In this movie, there is also having two main characters which

is work as partner as well. 7ick and )oy are the two main characters in this movie. They are

 partner and they are also work together to solve some special pro!lems that happen on earth.

1asically, !oth of the movies have 8 main characters which I had mention and !oth of the main

characters are partner as well. This is one of the similarities that I found on these two movies.

econdly, the 4o! and mission was something interesting that I found, after watching !oth of

these movies. In the movie 0Men in 1lack 32 Agent 5 and 6 are work together as a partner as I

had mention. They work together to solve some pro!lem that policemen are una!le to solve.

1asically, their 4o! is to monitor and police the alien activity on earth. This is the reason why I

said that was a special 4o!. Their 4o! is to monitor the alien activity on earth. Aliens would have

some with a good !ehavior and some with a !ad one as well. o, if the alien !ring pro!lem to

this earth, they will do their work on protecting the earth and they place this as a top secret

on earth and also on the department as well. Their 4o! is to monitor and solve the pro!lem that

the 0monster2 or 0non-human !eing2 had !rought to the earth. Their 4o! and mission are also

considered as a top secret mission. o !asically, the 4o! and mission of these two pair of partners

is to protect the earth. 1oth of them are running with some top secret mission and they have their

special weapon and identity that normal people do not have. The control and monitor the activity

of the 0non-human !eing2, 0monster2 or 0alien2 on earth to protect the earth. o, this is another

similarity that I found on these two movies.

In addition, the agency !ackground and environment is another similarity that I found in these

movies. irst let/s talk a!out the 0Men in 1lack 32. The Men in 1lack %M.I.1' is a secret non-

government agency that police etraterrestrial alien refugees. The agency operates from an

underground !ase. 1asically, it is a secret agency that to monitor the alien on earth and protect

the earth. The mem!ers of %M.I.1' are smart and intelligent. %M.I.1' is also work with some

good !ehavior aliens or some aliens with a good character. They do things in a smart way and

they are always calm. As the same with the 0).I..D2, the )est in eace Department is an agency

that recruits decreased police officer to patrol the afterlife and capture 0Deados2, spirits that

failed to cross over and return to earth as monstrous ghosts. The mem!er of )est in eace

Department have !oth identity, they have their special identity on earth and a special identity on

the department. They work at the earth to monitor and protect the earth. Their working

environments are almost the same.2).I..D2 also works with some non-human !eing to solve

 pro!lem. o !asically, !oth of these agencies are the secret agency that to monitor the 0alien2

earth. And, they work in a serious environment to protect every human life on this earth.

In conclusion, I found a lot of similarities after watching the 0Men in 1lack32 and 0).I..D2.

The similarities that in found on these 8 movies are, the num!er of the main character, the 4o!

and mission and also the agency !ackground. There is something $uick interesting that !oth of

these movies who have two main characters with work as a partner. And !oth of their 4o! and

mission are to protect the earth and monitor the activity of alien and monsters on earth. Then,

they come from a secret agency. They do their 4o! and mission in a specific way and solve the

 pro!lems that a normal policeman couldn/t solve. They work in a serious environment to protect

the human life and earth. This is the reason that I choose to compare the similarities of these two

movies.
