Children are healthy and ready to learn 174 families with newborns received a nurse home visit 140 families with children ages 0-3 received early childhood home-visiting services
87% families referred to a community resource or agency Improved parenting attitudes and satisfactory home environments 96% children have up-to-date immunizations
140 students receive BackPack buddies each year at Y.E. Smith Elementary 500 children and 193 adults served at EDCI Summer Lunch 2015
Children are prepared for kindergarten Increased access to high-quality childcare via subsidy prioritizations 22 children (3-4 year olds) enrolled in half-day, bilingual EDCI LEAP Academy Increased school readiness skills for Stepping Stones and Academy children
