How It's Done

constructionFor a range of choices to meet your specifications, standard upholstered panel sizes range

from 12" to 48" in the same or multiple sizes, with custom panel sizes available within this range. Custom panels that fall outside of this range will be quoted. A standard panel is constructed with 18 mm (3/4") Baltic Birch or MDF substrate. For ease of installation, a

Z-Clip fastening system is provided. Other mounting options available upon request.

Quilting is available in diamond, channel, and other classic choices. Add logos or more to further customize your look. We use a CNC carving process to create

logos, or other art you may have, for a relief carved and wrapped panel.

order with easeWe offer custom quotes within 48 hours. Allow more time for custom projects. Lead time is six to eight weeks. Prototype and crating fees are determined based on project specifics.
