IdeasLabs – Leading experts from the world’s top universities and research institutes showcase their bold and innovative ideas through creative visual presentations punctuated with small group discussions. Mentor Exchange Series – Mentors share personal insights and experiences on a variety of issues in connection with the theme of the Meeting: Creating Value through Innovation. New Champions Ceremony – A special gathering to recognize the extraordinary efforts of the Forum’s communities of New Champions: the Young Global Leaders, Social Entrepreneurs, Global Shapers, Global Growth Companies, Technology Pioneers and Young Scientists. Workshops and WorkSpace – These highly collaborative sessions feature applied learning and problem-solving on a range of complex issues. An Insight, An Idea – Inspiring individuals share their insight or idea for an important transformation occurring in our lifetime. Strategic Shifts Series – Delve into the trends, business models and emerging technologies that are transforming the consumer, energy, finance, health, IT, manufacturing and transport industries. Televised Sessions – The spirit of the Annual Meeting of the New Champions is shared with millions through sessions developed in cooperation with media partners and broadcast globally. Thinking Ahead – New Champions explore unconventional ideas and spotlight bold initiatives that are shaping our collective future. Learning by Doing BEAM ® – Using telepresence technology, select panellists are beamed into the conversation through this breakthrough portal of communication.
