Learning Hub user guide Home Page After logging in to the learning Hub you will see your home page. When navigating through the Hub you can click on the Home tab at any time to return to this page Clicking on the Administration tab allows you to view and amend your profile, including your password, at any time. Home Page After logging in to the learning Hub you will see your home page. When navigating through the Hub you can click on the Home tab at any time to return to this page

Browse Catalogue The Browse Catalogue page gives you access to all the on-line packages that are available. The catalogue is split into categories as listed on the left hand side or you can search by initial letter of the title or by the title of the package.

If you find a package you wish to read more about click on the more details box. More Details

If you wish to undertake the course there are two possible options. The button will read Add Course (as shown here) if the course is free access. If the course needs approval by our administrators, or requires

Request Task In either case by clicking on the button you will be taken to the Request Task Screen. This is for your own use to record a target date for completion of the course and to capture a record of why you want to undertake the training.

When you have completed the details click on the Close button to return to the Course Details. If you have requested a course through our administrators they will normally respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

The booking status will now have changed to show that you have added or requested the course.

If the course is now an active learning task it can be viewed on your development plan which can be accessed by clicking on the My Development Plan drop down from the Learning tab.

My Development Plan This shows the current courses on your development plan with target dates and the status of the course.

If you wish to view courses you have completed change the drop-button alongside the course to open the Task Details box and see the options available.

Follow the navigation instructions within the course. If there are no instructions about exiting the course the

This will take you back to your development plan. The course status information will have changed depending on where you got to in the course

If you open up the Task Details of a you will see there are two further options

Clicking the Certificate button brings up a PDF of your certificate which can be saved or printed out.

Clicking on the Close Task button brings up a further screen.

To close the task, enter any commencloses the Task Details box) Create Activity On the Development Plan page clicking on the Create Activity button brings up a screen which allows you record any CPD type activity that you wish to include on your learning record.

Learning Statement To access the Learning Statements screen click on the quick link or the drop down under the Learning tab.

button brings up a PDF of your Learning Statement which can be printed or saved.
