Learning Blade’s online STEM technology will allow teachers and students throughout the state to login in and immediately begin using their 400+ STEM lessons. TAG-ED and Learning Blade will preselect a variety of engaging lessons that highlight a central theme for the day “STEM is Everywhere”. To highlight the theme, we will choose an interdisciplinary (English, math, science and social studies) suite of lessons that also show STEM is in the air, in the water, in the soil. STEM is in our bodies, in our food and in our homes.

Together we will design and provide a package of talking points, discussion questions and hands on activities that enhance the online experience designed for GEORGIA STEM DAY.

Use online STEM Career Awareness Platform LEARNING BLADE to enhance student interest and awareness of the diversity of STEM career pathways. Provide teachers with a dynamic suite of both digital and hands on activities to support STEM learning.

• Statewide impact and awareness of the importance of STEM education.

• Improved partnerships at regional and state level

Learning Blade’s online technology will allow for immediate data capture of impact of our joint outreach efforts.

• We will be able to track number of students, number of schools, and how many lessons were completed online.

• We will also be able to track which individual lessons were completed most frequently.

This information will be valuable for understanding the impact of the overall day and individual marketing efforts, allowing for increased participation year over year.
