實習計劃與 校企協作教育

To address the new challenges of the fashion and textiles industry, a revamped BA programme will be launched in 2018. One of the highlights is the introduction of a credit-bearing professional attachment subject.

Under this elective subject, students are required to initiate and write a proposal on an effective work-based learning experience, a term report as well as a learning portfolio that summarise their achievements and intended learning outcomes.

Similarly, work-integrated education (WIE) is a work-based learning experience which takes place in an organisational context relevant to the future profession of students, or the development of generic skills that will be invaluable in their profession. This has been a mandatory component for full-time BA students since 2005. ITC students are required to complete at least 120 hours in one WIE activity.

為應對時裝及紡織業的新挑戰，由2018年開始，ITC將會推行學士課程改革。重點之一是引入計算學分的專業附屬科目。

選修這個科目的學生，必須為自己制定學習計劃、中期報告及實習履歷，讓校方檢視及評估他們的學習成果。

校企協作教育（WIE）與實習計劃的性質相似。WIE是一種在職學習模式，這種學習體驗是在學生日後相關的業務內進行，發展該領域專業技能。自 2005年起，成為全日制學士學位的強制性組成部分。ITC學生必須在一次 WIE活動中至少完成 120小時的活動。

Three Year 3 students, with an outstanding academic performance, and strong presentation and communication skills, were selected to take part in a three-month summer programme at CÉLINE in the summer of 2017 to experience working at this luxury based business in the Retail Operations, Merchandising and Public Relations departments in Hong Kong. Each student received a $5,000 scholarship each month for taking part in the programme.

三名成績優異，具備出色表達和溝通技巧的三年級同學，在 2017年獲CÉLINE( 香港 ) 挑選參加其三個月的暑期實習計劃。他們在 CÉLINE體驗了零售、採購及公關等部門的實際運作。每人每月更獲港幣五千元的獎學金作獎勵。

S H I S E I D O

Shiseido offers 14 placements for Year 3 students in their two-month summer programme in 2018. Students will have the opportunity to participate in different functions, including Marketing, Business Development, Digital, eCommerce and other business partner functions in Hong Kong. A monthly allowance of $9,000 will be provided to the participating students. Shiseido is committed to nurturing young talents for Shiseido Hong Kong.

資生堂

資生堂 (Shiseido) 將提供 14 個名額給三年級同學，參加為期兩個月的「資生堂暑期實習計 2018」。同學將可在資生堂及旗下品牌的不同部門如市場推廣、業務發展、數碼科技和電子商務等進行實習，每月並會獲發港幣九千元的津貼。資生堂希望透過此計劃招攬更多年青人才為品牌服務。

L A N E C RAW FO R D (C H I N A )

Nine Year 3 students whose major is in Fashion Marketing and Retailing will be recruited to take part in the Lane Crawford China summer programme. The selected students will be assigned to three stores in Beijing, Shanghai or Chengdu and assist with the daily operations of different store sections. Students are expected to gain experience on retail business through the 12 weeks of internship.

連卡佛 ( 中國 )

九名主修時裝營銷及零售的三年級同學將有機會參加在 2018年舉行的「連卡佛 ( 中國 ) 暑期實習計劃」。同學會獲派到北京、上海及成都三間分店，並輪流到不同部門進行實習，為期12個星期，以了解內地零售業的運作。

The first-ever collaboration with Brunello Cucinelli , an Italian luxury fashion company, took place in the summer of 2017. Four Year 3 students were shortlisted to participate in a two-month summer programme in two cities in Italy. They experienced how Brunello Cucinelli operates in terms of design, product and business development, production, marketing, and retail selling. The students were assigned to the headquarters in Solomeo of the Perugia province for a month, and the flagship store in Milan for another month. ITC supported them with a travel scholarship for their flight tickets, accommodations, insurance, daily expenses, etc.

B R U N E L L O C U C I N E L L I

ITC在 2017年暑假與意大利頂尖時裝品牌BrunelloCucinelli首度合作，進行為期兩個月的海外實習計劃。四名三年級同學到意大利位於佩魯賈的總部，及米蘭的旗艦店進行各一個月的實習，參與設計、產品及業務發展、生產、營銷以及零售的工作。ITC為同學提供津貼以支付機票、住宿、保險及日常開支。

C RYSTA L G R O U P

In 2016, the Crystal Group offered a 8-week summer internship programme for 11 students. The students were sent to different departments in mainland China to apply their knowledge and acquire practical experience. The programme also enables them to learn more about workspace operations and experience the local culture.

晶苑集團

晶苑集團於 2016年為 11名學生提供八星期的國內暑期實習計劃，學生獲派到不同部門進行實習﹐讓他們了解內地職場及文化。

T H E B O GA RT G R O U P

The Bogart Group has been offering internships to ITC students for many years. In 2017, the selected student participated in an 11-week summer internship programme. She was assigned with practical tasks around daily operations in different departments, including lingerie and swimwear design, and market research. In addition, the student visited a factory in Panyu and an international trade fair in Shenzhen, which are both valuable experiences that contribute to her learning during the internship.

多年來，TheBogartGroup都提供實習機會予 ITC的同學。本年度被挑選的同學參與了為期 11周的暑期實習，她獲指派到不同部門親身體驗日常的實務工作，當中包括內衣設計、泳衣設計及市場研究。除此之外，同學更獲安排參觀集團位於番禺的工廠及中國深圳國際品牌服裝服飾交易會，獲益良多。
