Reflect on the policies and guidelines that concern the teachers. I realized that being a professional teacher will take most of my time and energy but with

focus and determination I know that I can overcome the challenges that lie ahead.

The policies and guidelines concerning the educators will help the teachers to understand their rights and obligations. As a teacher it is important to not only memorize those policies and guidelines but to understand them as well.
