Step 1: Click on “Create Accounts”

1. Enter user’s detailsNote: Username should be staff’s corporate email address
2. Enter FI Administrator’s corporate email address
3. Click “Create” to submit account creation request
4. Look out for an email from [email protected] on confirmation of account creation
5. Email staff the following information:• Community name• Desktop URL / Name of App • Username • PasswordIBF can provide a customised email template upon request
