App Package Installation Instructions 1. Have your organization’s main Salesforce Admin place the LearnCore install link provided by your Client Strategy rep into their browser’s URL bar. Click Enter. 2. Once logged in and everything loads, you should see a Salesforce page that looks like this. The best option is Install for Admins Only, Click Install. If your case is different, please see your LearnCore Client Strategist.

Technical Requirements

● LearnCore Professional+ account (Works with or without Pitch IQ) ● Salesforce Enterprise+ account ● Access to your organization’s SFDC main admin ● Salesforce Admin user credentials ● New Production Install Link*

Basic Instructions

●   Have your organization’s main Salesforce Admin place the LearnCore install link provided by your Client Strategy rep into their browser’s URL bar. Click enter.

●   The majority of the installation will be automatic based on SFDC’s pre-determined configurations.

●   Follow the instructions and specifications for your specific organization.

 

 

3. Allow Salesforce’s installer to run.

4. Once the app successfully installs, you will see Salesforce provided page. Click Done.

 

 

5. You will automatically be brought to the following page.

6. The app is now successfully installed to your organization's Salesforce account.

 

 

User Integration Users are matched between LearnCore and Salesforce by user email. The Salesforce username does not need to match the LearnCore user email.

LearnCore Opportunity View in SFDC To add a LearnCore application tab to Salesforce, follow these steps:

1.   Click  into  an  opportunity.  In  the  upper  right  corner,  click  “Edit  Layout.”    

 

   

2.   Drag  a  new  Section  onto  the  page.  

   

3.   Configure  the  section:  a.   Section  Name:  “LearnCore”  b.   Display  Section  Header  On:  Detail  Page  c.   Layout:  1-­Column  

 4.   Click  OK  

     

 

 

 5.   Click  on  Visualforce  Pages  6.   Drag  OpportunityCourseView  into  the  LearnCore  section  you  just  created  

 7.   Click  the  edit  wrench  icon  on  the  OpportunityCourseView  8.   Change  the  page  height  to  420  pixels  

 

   

9.   To  enable  the  application,  move  the  applicable  available  visualforce  pages  to  the    “enabled  visualforce  pages”  section.  Then,  click  “Save.”
