Player Fitness: Player fitness is monitored through strength and conditioning sessions with focus on diet and nutrition. The program also includes gym workouts and swimming pool sessions. The academy’s physiotherapist ensures the optimum physical condition of all players and coordinates players’ rehabilitation in the event of injuries. Regular tests and analysis are conducted to monitor each player’s health and fitness metrics and growth.

Academy Catering: At BBFS Residential Academy we make every effort to provide quality and varied food to cater to the diverse audience that we house. Menus are carefully planned by a licensed nutritionist to ensure that the players receive a balanced diet that suits their physical needs.

Health welfare and discipline: At BBFS Residential academy, our aim is to provide a student with the same level of care that he would expect while living with his parents. The residential academy has a fully equipped and staffed infirmary. Additionally, the schools has a collaboration with the nearest local hospital for any medical emergencies or cases of serious illness.

Accommodation: The aim of the residential school is to create an environment where students feel at-home. The campus is safe and is secured 24/7 by security personnel. The residence has a well-equipped recreation room, cafeteria and convenient laundry facilities.

Academics plays a significant role in a child’s development into a responsible and successful citizen, which is why we give attention to academic balance along with training. Ranjan Soren and Lionel D. Rymee

It was a very proud moment for the entire BBFS family when, in a very short span of one year, two of our Academy players, Ranjan Soren and Lionel D Rymee were selected to be a part of the India U-15 boys National Team. Since then, they have played the likes of teams of USA, Mexico, and Slovenia in the MU-15 Championship, and participated in exposure tours in Italy and Thailand. Ranjan has even played a full match during the SAFF U15 against Bangladesh. This was the first official U-15 India Team for the year.

Ranjan and Lionel began their journey with BBFS Residential Academy in the national scholarship trials held at the Academy in 2018. Out of over 100 talented footballers who appeared for the trails from different parts of India, Ranjan, hailing from Bhubaneshwar and Lionel, a player from Shillong, were amongst the 10 students who were provided 100% scholarship by Indian Football Foundation.

While we are thrilled at being able to boost their professional footballing careers, both Ranjan and Lionel would not have been successful without the support and encouragement of their local academy and coaches. We would especially like to thank Ardor Football Academy and Kickstart Football Academy for giving these players the right exposure and guidance to bring them where they are today and enabling them to grow in their pathways.

But our fears were unfounded. We were very impressed with the set up and the friendly staff who made our son feel completely at home. After joining the academy, he is able to converse easily because of the exposure he receives in the multicultural environment at the hostel. Studies has been given equal importance and the kids are helped by tutors in after-school session if needed. The hostel also has suitable facilities that keep him as comfortable as he is at home. Advaay also loves the food served there and has never had a problem, even though he is used to a typical diet from the south.

Though we stay miles away from him and miss him, we see a really bright future for him and the other children at BBFS Residential School and are excited about seeing the next generation of footballers arise from this school.

We see our son's overall development in his footballing skills & physical traits since he joined. Being the youngest in the Academy, he has been looked after very well by the school warden and his coach alike. The coach interacts with us regularly to make sure we are updated about his progress and keeps him motivated whenever he misses his parents.

We are proud parents of Advaay, 10 years old, and are excited to share his passion for football. We were skeptical initially before sending him as he was very young, but today, we are confident of having taken the right decision for Advaay to send him to the best Residential Academy.
