Lean Startup Workshops
for facilitators
13 – 14 November, 2018, Canberra
Learn how to build and run a successful
innovation training program!
Why Lean Startup Workshops for Facilitators?
Having worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and innovators in Europe, New Zealand and Australia we were frustrated by the wasted time, money, and passion as they used the wrong approaches and made the same mistakes over and over again.
We also realised that the great books, blogs, courses and videos on lean startup and lean innovation are not enough to actually change the behaviours of innovators and entrepreneurs. Even entrepreneurs who understand lean methods typically are not doing it in practice.
We strongly believe that entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and innovators need to create a habit of applying lean startup methods to innovate faster and more effectively.
So we developed practical and highly efficient lean innovation focused tools and training. By working on case studies and struggling with and overcoming the barriers to innovation they get a deeper understanding of how to apply lean techniques to innovation.
We found that entrepreneurs and innovators love the tools and methods we developed, they enjoy being stretched and challenged by the facilitators and learn best in a high-paced collaborative environment where they self-discover the power of the concepts presented. We see real change in their attitudes and behaviour following the workshops. We see them making more/faster progress.
We have developed evidence that our approach works for researchers, entrepreneurs, government and corporate innovators, as well as social innovators. All that is required are particpants who aspire to ‘change the world’ and experienced facilitators to run the workshops.
To have more impact we decided to share our learnings and empower others to build innovation programs in their locations and organisations. We are excited to introduce you to our lean startupworkshops for facilitators.
