With over 180 Billion plastic food and beverage disposables discarded every year, our goal is to offer the most reliable packaging solutions to our customers who are advancing their industries with bold leadership towards sustainability.

Our impact goes beyond plastic reduction. About 14 billion tons of biomass/year are produced in agricultural cycles, and of this nearly 12 billion tons/year are essentially discharged as waste. Lean Orb’ is solving the front-end of the equation by building products using a variety of agricultural waste vs virgin fibers where possible.

As a leader in earth-friendly packaging, we are taking a hollistic approach by developing a whole new generation of plant-based fibers that can withstand liquids, oily foods along with high tempretures.

WHEAT STRAW Upcycled Fiber

Unbleached by-product of wheat straw production that would otherwise be discarded and wasted.

SUGARCANE Upcycled Fiber

Instead of burning this “waste product” as many do around the world, we increase the material’s value by building more products from the fibrous stalks of sugarcane.

POST-CONSUMER PAPER Recycled Paper

Post-consumer recycled paper helps us eliminate the need for harvesting more virgin materials where possible.

PALM LEAF Upcycled Fiber

With a single Arecanut trees naturally sheding 6 leaves every year, palm trees in acre can produce up to 2700 sheaths in a year.
