It is a company dedicated to the elaboration of magazines, where some advice on education, health, beauty, etc. is given. “Gente Comun” not only has the magazine but also with a foundation that before is called “Angeles de luz” but now it is under the same name of “Gente Comun”.
Foundation Gente Común, developed a printed tool that is distributed free of charge to all colleges and universities.It is a magazine whose editorial line covers current news of all genres, but above all it contains an open space where the education actors teachers, students and other professionals of the area contribute countless ideas to improve the quality of education in the equator.

Transport Problem: There isn’t a company car Advice: Rent a car for the delivery of magazine
OverproductionProblem: Print more that the quantity that is delivered.Advice: Make monthly projection of the magazines to be delivered.
Waste timeProblem: There is a few people working so the same people that elaborate the magazine have to delivered it. Advice: Assign the responsabilities of each person in the company.
Excess ProcessingProblem: A lot of people that intervene in the magazine.Advice: Assign one person to the approval process.
