Universal Emission Technologies offers NOx treatment using an innovative PLC-based Urea dosing system with feedback control

and analysis. Each system can be offered as skid-mounted, turn-key, or as a custom integrated system. The SCR system treats 90% of

NOx emissions. The modular design also allows oxidation catalyst elements to be incorporated into a single, common reactor housing,

greatly reducing assembly and installation complexity.

Oxidation Catalysts can reduce Carbon Monoxide (CO) by 90% and Hydrocarbons (HC) by 80%. Each catalyst element provided by

Universal Emission Technologies uses a robust metal foil design to maximize performance and longevity. The proper catalyst coating

is selected to optimize treatment performance for each application. Unique design features in each catalyst ensure element integrity.

Universal Emission Technologies has a patent pending

housing design that virtually eliminates catalyst bypass,

ensuring proper treatment to all exhaust ow. The axial seal

design also makes servicing the catalyst safe and simple

because it does not require internal fasters or retaining bars.

The housing has a service door design that eliminates exhaust

leak by ensuring a positive seal between the service door

and housing.

The standard housing design is capable of utilizing dual

catalysts elements, which allows for easy upgrades to meet

future emission control requirements. Universal Emission

Technologies also provides a catalyst cleaning service to

ensure emissions compliance and operational life.
