Leading Teams – Summary:Top performing teams display excellent technical competence and strong productive working relationships. Low performing teams are held back by conflict, disrespect, weak support and low accountability. Even good teams get slowed by miscommunication and missed opportunities.
Lack of understanding about the impact of behavioral styles can diminish both leader and team achievement.
This presentation teaches how to leverage the strengths of each style for greater team motivation, cooperation and performance.
