The advantages of PTA cladding include weld deposits with characteristically lower levels of inclusions, oxides and discontinuities. The applied weld hardfacing closely mimics the mechanical and corrosion-resistant properties of the equivalent base alloy. Most-importantly, it is possible to control weld dilution to less than 15%, which is critical for many high-performance alloys.
We offer an extensive repair and maintenance service for industrial components that have been damaged by friction, erosion, corrosion or cavitation. Our coatings deliver the best solution for restoring and extending the life of components.
