2006. He also serves as a consultant-evaluator for the Higher LearningCommission of the North CentralAssociation of Colleges and Schools.President Pepicello earned his bachelor'sdegree from Gannon University. He holds

both master's and doctoral degrees inLinguistics from Brown University.

Dr. Marla LaRue oversees multiple collegeswithin University of Phoenix. Previously, Dr.LaRue worked as a special educationteacher in public and private schools forover 25 years. She is a member of theUniversitys Institutional Review Board and

Brent Bridgeman received his Ph.D. ineducational psychology from the University

of Wisconsin, Madison. He joinedEducational Testing Service in 1974 afterseveral years of college teaching; hiscurrent title is Distinguished PresidentialAppointee in the Validity Research area.Dr. Bridgeman's recent work focuses on

validity and fairness issues, especially withrespect to differences in scoring methods,test format, and timing.

Bill Wynne is an Assessment Specialist focusingon higher education outcomes assessments at

ETS. In addition to consulting with institutions ofhigher education regarding their assessmentneeds, Bill has led countless panelpresentations and roundtable discussions on thesubject of responsible assessment anddeveloping an effective institutional assessment

plan at both national assessment and regionalaccreditation conferences. In his 21 years withETS, Bill has served as Product Manager formany of ETS's higher education products andservices, including the Major Field Tests (MFT),ETS Proficiency Profile, iSkills, and the

Student Instructional Reports (SIR II).
