    validity and fairness issues, especially withrespect to differences in scoring methods,test format, and timing.

    plan at both national assessment and regionalaccreditation conferences. In his 21 years withETS, Bill has served as Product Manager formany of ETS's higher education products andservices, including the Major Field Tests (MFT),ETS Proficiency Profile, iSkills, and the

    Student Instructional Reports (SIR II).
