LEADING A PEAK PERFORMING EXECUTIVE TEAM June 19-21 in Evian, Switzerland CHF 6’850 OBJECTIVE Create the conditions for the Head of an organisation (Chief Executive Officer of a company, Managing Director of a subsidiary, Head of a business unit, Secretary General of an international organisation, President of a non-profit organisation) to lead a peak performing executive team. PARTICIPANTS The workshop is designed and open only for people with higher executive responsibilities, effectively managing a middle-sized to large company / organisation / business unit. Participants from various countries and industries are welcome. The workshop is always organized as an off-site seminar in a 5-star hotel, to enable the best mingling and experience sharing between participants. OUR APPROACH A peak performing executive team is a group of top managers who possess the ability and willingness to achieve together impressive results, not just once or twice, but repeatedly and consistently. Our findings about high performance teams are based on more than twenty-five years of experience, observation and analysis. As a matter of fact, we helped develop highly effective management teams in different cultures throughout the world, in the private sector as well as in the public arena. Looking at these high performance teams, assessing why and how they perform at their best, we discovered that: On one hand, they do not consist of geniuses but of “ordinary” people. On the other hand, they have common traits which make them unique in making high performance possible in a consistent way.

OUR APPROACHA peak performing executive team is a group of top managers who possess the ability and willingness to achieve together impressive results, not just once or twice, but repeatedly and consistently. Our findings about high performance teams are based on more than twenty-five years of experience, observation and analysis. As a matter of fact, we helped develop highly effective management teams in different cultures throughout the world, in the private sector as well as in the public arena.Looking at these high performance teams, assessing why and how they perform at their best, we discovered that:

On one hand, they do not consist of geniuses but of “ordinary” people. On the other hand, they have common traits which make them unique in making high performance possible in a consistent way.

If a top executive is looking for high performance from his/her management team, he/she should identify and understand these common traits and then make sure that they are fully endorsed by the team.He/she should also manage himself/herself in a way to be perceived as a model by all members of the organization. How?Providing a full-fledged answer to this question is precisely the objective of this workshop.
