Waterwheel Attachment

Our patented Waterwheel divides theproduct flow into multiple lanes withequal portions from each outlet. There is no need for tinkering with equalizingvalves. Weight accuracy is guaranteedacross each lane without adjustments. It is a proven solution for high-volumeproduction. The Waterwheel is ideal fordough dividing, as well as depositingcookie dough, muffin batter and fillings.

Rotary Sheeter Attachment

The Rotary Sheeter extrudes smooth,uniform sheets of brownie batter andcookie dough with consistent thicknessand width. For panning applications, the Sheeter is equipped with a rotarycut-off device to ensure clean, evenedges filled corner-to-corner with nomess. This system can also be used toprecisely sheet margarine and fats onto a make-up line.
