However, LSC continues to prepare, position, and challenge leaders to serve Stark County. Newer programming includes: CUSTOM PROGRAMMING: Leadership staff will ... Work with 30 young adults age 16- 21, from Stark County Job & Family Services foster care program. We’ll take them on job based tours of the county and provide StrengthsFinder profile training for three days in summer 2012. Let us know if we can stop by your company. Provide six hours of StrengthsFinder training for 30 SPARK program staff. SPARK, funded by Sisters of Charity Foundation, supports families with young children Provide a board matching process in April for ten Timken Company employees, along with select Signature class participants. Let us know if your organization needs board members. BOARD TRAINING AND BOARD MATCHING: In the last two years, more than 160 people have attended our three-hour “Building Better Boards” seminar hosted by the Timken Company and sponsored by Black McCuskey Law Firm. We offer best practices relevant to experienced and novice board members. Read more on page six.
