your own paradigms
Ask yourself “Who in another field would be interested in my unsolved problems?” GO AND TALK TO THEM
When a change is suggested work through the positive and negative aspects of the change
Seek outside your own paradigm shifts by thinking outside the circle
WHY ARE NEW IDEAS REJECTED?
We just don’t have the time for that!
We have always done it that way.
Do we really need it?
I am quite sure it wouldn't work.
It is much too risky!
