Leadership Jefferson County (LJC) is a program of the West Metro Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Founded by the Board of Directors in 1985, it is designed to develop leadership potential within the community to meet the demands of tomorrow. LJC identifies emerging leaders within the Jefferson County area and provides a broad view of civic leadership through direct contact with the leaders and institutions shaping the community. The program runs from August through June with monthly, full-day sessions. Participants will expand their knowledge and contacts within their community focusing on the various days throughout the session.

Leadership Jefferson County is committed to the future of this region and the leadership needed to meet the demands of tomorrow.
