MY TRACK RECORD WITHIN 1 YEAR, I HAVE…

Created Value• I conceptualized a way to deliver vital information to grad cohorts in multiple

degree programs despite being the CA for CJ only.

• I organized the content based on independent research I had been conducting for the first 3 months here at SNHU. This research was spawned by determination to learn what I needed to know so that I could make myself an SME of the Federal hiring process. It was exciting and exhilarating to be learning something new. The breadth of information I obtained needed to be organized and broken down into digestible presentations in a cognitive order that made it easy to follow and not overwhelming for those in attendance – thus the multiple webinars.

• I collaborated with team members at the Mill in career advising, the Associate Dean, Career Connections, CJ programs, professors, as well as external professionals to bring this vision to life.

• I branded, wrote the content for, and created the PPT presentations and supplemental documents for all 5 webinars based on an idea that developed from a passion to help others succeed. Because putting this together was not my primary work function I needed to be efficient. While maintaining metrics in my day-to-day work responsibilities. I accomplished that.

Created ValueWithin 6 months while learning my job and meeting my CA benchmarks as a new employee at SNHU …. I Conceptualized Researched Initiated Organized Packaged Branded Executed and Successfully delivered this event to great reviews. This is one of many events like it that I have done over the past 15 years.
