― John C. MaxwellThis quote tells me how the good leader should be. In my opinion, it is hard to lead many people to achieve the same goals, but I would like to take this challenge. Because I really want to know what level of organization skill and leadership skill do I have. I like human resource as my career because my father is a business man who has own company, and I wish I could help him. I think human resource manager is an appropriate job for me. In order to get better understanding for my career as a human resources manager, I will be researching for its nature of work, working condition, training, qualification, job out look, earning, and working condition and related occupation.
